Nice work.

I like the hair and how you made the shades on the hair in the first picture. But I like the second one the best - mostly because Chloë is donning a bowler hat. I just adore her in that bowler hat. She looked so cute in all those photo's back in London wearing that bowler hat.

I only used Photoshop CS6 here.

Well its a vector graphics format, likely photoshop can save in that too. If you save it as a bitmap you loose all the advantages of vector graphics. Read more on wikipedia: SVG
