Today youtube deleted my vid Chloe on Chelsea Lately. 3 moths nobody cares about it and today - first note from youtube-you are bad-you have uploaded copyright video. Idiots from youtube.if they will ban me again - i dont want to start new channel

I thought if they find a copyrighted video they just block it. You aren't making money of ads or anything of that sort are you? because that's the only time I've heard where youtube will ban someone for a video

Oh that sucks. Usually they just remove videos and don't give strikes unless you are making money through AdSense. I guess they must have sent a DMCA take-down. You should counter with an Anti-DMCA. I doubt they would sue you in Rusia.

Sergey, you could appeal to the youtube world to get people on your side? maybe that would change youtubes mind?

And to be safe, you should keep copies of all the videos on your hard drive incase your youtube account is cancelled so that way you can re-upload them if needed-be.
