Umm, well that's the sort of thing that is hard to answer. If I saw her walking down the street then I'd say
"Excuse me, are you Chloe Grace Moretz?" or something. Or if she looked busy I'd just say hi, and hope it was her and not some random girl. lol
If she was on the other side of the street I'd wave, again hoping it's not just some random girl. lol again.

But what if the circumstances changed? What if you were sitting on a bus, or a plane or a train or something, and she came and sat next to you?
Would you pretend not to know who she is in order not to stress her out?
Would you ask for a picture and autograph or something?
Would you just say 'hi' and see if she realises you recognise her?

What I would do is, keeping my voice low so other people don't hear and crowd her as fans lol, ask if she's Chloe. And start a normal conversation ie How are you? Where are you going? I wouldn't expect you to be using public transport etc..
I really don't know.
Doing something like asking for a photo might attract a lot of potentially unwanted attention.

Well I dont think I would actually have anything to autograph,so I would just ask her if I could take my picture with her.

In the unlikely event that I did meet Chloë, I'd probably suffer a panic attack, and consequently blurt out something stupid and irrelevant like "Bazinga", then I'd giggle uncontrollably, realise what I'd done, run away and spend an uncertain amount of time hating myself for embarrassing myself so severely in front of Chloë...

So for the sake of my self-esteem, I hope that never happens... :/

If I saw her like coming towards me I would say "Hi Chloë" if she is in a hurry I would just continue walking, if she is not I would stop, ask for a picture and maybe an autograph, tell her how much I admire her work and her as a person and then leave.

wow recently I have seen an interview with chloe and some pics with chloe talking into her hand,and I realized mabye chloe dosent like being recongized on the street by people.She must be annoyed by them apparently.Therefore I might not do anything if I seen her on the streets.idk but I wouldnt want to annoy her in any way

Maybe you should take the risks if you really want to get something from her. If she feels annnoyed, all you should do is apologize to her. Don't ask anything.
