my twitter is hacked! who knows what to do??

My twitter sends spam!!
After I have received personal message with a spam link. My twitter sends spam personal messages to all my followers.! i try to delete this message from my twitter but iy becomes even more.folowers in angry.what i need to do?

I would do a few things, though I've never had twitter or anything really hacked before,

1) using a different computer, log-in and change your twitter password.
2) unplug the computer from internet (the one you regularly use) and scan it for viruses. clean it etc...
3) Log in and see if all is good. Otherwise repeat.

This way you can fix it incase it's a virus in your computer or just a hacker who stole your password. I would also check your email to make sure that it is safe, perhaps they are resetting your password through email so I'd change password of that as well to be safe.

Disconnect from the internet and then re-connect. Log in and change your password immediately and delete any spam messages/tweets it's sent out if you can. If it doesn't stop, report it to Twitter.
