An app on Chloe?,I know there's ALOT of good apps out there on celebs,but I don't think that's such a great idea.I know,alot of people hate Miley,I do too,well I dont hate her but like she's been acting "too" mature lately,but you shouldn't criticize her like that,she's a pretty nice gal,and has done nothing wrong to you.
