Are your jaws drop or at least surprised? I was LOL. Chloe nowadays really famous. Almost every great young girl roles had mentioned her as one of preferred choice. Mostly I agree b'coz of the interesting role/her great acting. However this is too much far fetched for me.

The unbelievable thing is, some comments in the article actually agreed ! Oh boy... so funny.

Ummmm no, lol Chloë is by far way to young to be playing a love interest. The kind of love interest in Let Me In is fine manly because there isn't much in there except maybe a peck on the cheek. I highly doubt that they are gonna wait till 2014 too lol So my answer to this is a no.

ARE THEY INSANE.?! hahhha.¡ omg she's 13 Spiderman is supposed to be like 19.?? Wth.?? Lyndsey Fonseca would be perfect. Eeew I can picture Chloe all kissing some old dude in tights. .It's so wrrrong(srry for the image I have put into Ur mind). .Would Chloe even be allowed.??This article is crazy. .Why a reboot.?? I was fine with Tobey Maguire okay lets not get off topic. .Chloe+Character of Mary Jane=Nightmares.! :| Plus Chloe could never pass for 19. .everyone needs to calm down, just cause she curses and kills people in one movie doesn't mean she'll make out with a COUGAR in another. .She needs to stick to more family comedies about fun and friendship like in Kick A**. .Oh and Spiderman comes out July 3rd 2012 :D

Either people are practically insane or the writer of the article drank lots of coffee.

I don't think she's ready to play such a character. I mean, playing Spiderman's love interest would be a very difficult role to pull off. Plus, there's a certain emotional capacity that you need to have for films such as Spiderman, I don't think she suited to that.

According to this it's not going to be Mary Jane. Even when older, Chloe won't have the right body shape or the right type of face to play Mary Jane. Those of you who though Kirsten Dunst was a good casting choice need to go read the comics. She was completely wrong for the part. (Not to mention the part was badly written.) *End rant.*

Which leaves 2 major possibilities for Peter to take an interest in. Gwen Stacey or Felicia Hardy. Both of whom pretty much look the same and are substantially older than Chloe. Gwen Stacey is just the traditional blonde bombshell, with all the intelligence of a 4yr old thrown in to keep the guys drooling. Shouldn't be too difficult to find some random hollywood actress to do that.

The choices laid out in the article make me wonder whether there's intelligent life on this planet or whether people just choose who they want to play a role based on a popularity contest decided entirely by who they'd like to sleep with. Honestly... it's as if they've never touched a Spider-Man comic and haven't bothered to learn anything about the characters beyond the misrepresentations portrayed on the big screen. I don't know why boring characters survive on the big screen so well. They certainly don't in literature or comics. Perhaps it's down to looks again. Someone really needs to lock these guys away until they realise what originally made Spidey so successful. Why certain characters survived much longer than others. Most importantly, what makes a good actor or actress.

Sometimes I hate hollywood and the writers of this garbage.
