What does that mean, that film is R-rated? We don't have such rating here.

When a film is rated R, it just means anyone under 17 requires accompanying by a parent or adult guardian. So PG-13 means 12 and down requires accompanying by a parent or adult guardian. In the USA that is, everywhere else may be different.
